R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition of
structures located at 1520 Evalon, 2196 Liberty and 2480 Monroe;
and,
WHEREAS, Ace Clark Construction Co. submitted a bid in
the amount of $7,690 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Ace Clark Construction Co. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the bid submitted by Ace Clark Construction Co. in the amount
of $7,690 for the demolition of structures located at 1520 Evalon,
2196 Liberty and 2480 Monroe are hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and that final payment be authorized after all work has
been completed as specified in the contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 10t,41 day of 1984.
