WHEREAS, bids were received for the waterproofing of two
( 2 ) city buildings ; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Coatings Application & Waterproofing
submitted the only bid in the amount of $31 ,824 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Texas Coatings Application & Waterproofing is the best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas Coatings Application & Waterproofing
in the amount of $31 ,824 for the waterproofing of two ( 2 ) buildings
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of _ , 1984.
