BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the contract executed between the City of Beaumont and the
Texas Department of Health executed on January 3 , 1984 be, and the
same is hereby , amended to add $37 ,212 to fund two additional
nursing positions to enable the city to increase its maternal and
child health services to indigent populations.
