WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of seventeen
(17) line sets for the counterweight fly system at Julie Rogers
Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, TRS/SECOA of Minneapolis, Minnesota submitted a
bid in the amount of $23,399; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by TRS/SECOA is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of TRS/secoa in the amount of $23,399 for the purchase
of seventeen ( 17) line sets for the counterweight fly system at
Julie Rogers Theatre is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
