R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for construction of a creative
playground system for Alice Keith Park; and,
WHEREAS, D & H Construction submitted a bid in the amount
of $48, 192 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by D & H Construction is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of D & H Construction be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to
enter into a contract with D & H Construction in the amount of
$48,192 for construction of a creative playground system for Alice
Keith Park.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of _ 1984.
