R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 11, 1984 bids were received for the
purchase of an aerial manlift truck; and,
WHEREAS, Commercial Body Corporation submitted a bid in
the amount of $28 ,315; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Commercial Body Corporation is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Commercial Body Corporation in the amount
of $28 ,315 for the purchase of an aerial manlift truck is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
