BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay Mustang
Tractor and Equipment Co. Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Three
Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($8,153. 95) for rental of a bulldozer
used at the new landfill. This expenditure was necessary because of
an emergency of the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1984.
