R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two ( 2 )
air conditioning units for the Data Center; and,
WHEREAS, Greson Technical Sales and Service, Inc.
submitted a bid in the amount of $3 , 275. 34 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Greson Technical Sales and Service, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the bid submitted by Greson Technical Sales and Service, Inc.
in the amount of $3 , 275. 34 for the purchase of two ( 2) air
conditioning units for the Data Center is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
