BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
agreements for appraisal services with American Real Estate and
Hare, Burns & Osborne for right-of-way necessary for the Highland
Avenue TIP project. Each contract shall not exceed $7,000.
