WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of ten ( 10)
complete sets of emergency equipment consisting of undercover
sirens and portable, red flashing lights for the Police Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Trinity Communications of Beaumont submitted
a bid in the amount of $2 ,920.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Trinity Communications is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trinity Communications in the amount of
$2,920. 00 for the purchase of ten ( 10) sets of undercover sirens
and portable, red flashing lights is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
