BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
an amendment to the contract with the Texas Department of Health
for the operation of the W.I.C. Nutrition Program funded by the
U. S. Department of Agriculture.
