BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT r
THAT the appropriate city official be, and he is hereby , authorized
to open an account at the Beaumont Bank to be used for receiving
utility payments due the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Karl Nollenberger, Myrtle
Corgey, and R. J . Nachlinger be, and they are hereby , authorized as
official signatories for the City of Beaumont and they are hereby
authorized to sign or countersign each voucher, bond and check
issued by the City of Beaumont on said account.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
