BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Gulf States Utilities Company be authorized to perform the
necessary relocation of a light pole and placement of the overhead
service line underground in Cottonwood Park at a cost to the city
of $1 ,123.59.
