WHEREAS, a bid was received for the purchase of a
specialized sprayer for chemical application; and,
WHEREAS, Cibolo Manufacturing Company of Jourdanton,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $23, 875; and,
WHEREAS , the bid of Cibolo Manufacturing Company was
the only bid received and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Cibolo Manufacturing Company in the amount of ,,
$23, 875 for the purchase of a specialized sprayer for chemical
application be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
this the day of 1984.
