WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Crockett Connector
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMO NT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
approved:
Parcel 4 - 3,055. 20 square foot tract of
land out of Lots 7 , 8 and 9
of Block 20, Calder Addition
Value: $43 ,593.00
Owner: J. R. Samford
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
