BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT t
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into an agreement with Neches Title Company for title work for
right-of-way needed for the College Street T. I.P. Project at an
estimated cost not to exceed $6 ,500.00.

CONTRACT ADDENDUM
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 28th day of December, 1983 , the
City of Beaumont, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the "City" ,
entered into a written contract with Mental Health and Mental
Retardation, hereinafter referred to as "MHMR" , for the
janitorial, lawn care and grounds maintenance on properties
collectively defined as the City of Beaumont Civic Center Complex;
and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties of said contract
to amend said contract to add an agreement for additional services
to be performed by MHMR and to provide for the compensation to be
paid by the City for such services;
The parties hereby agree as follows:
1 .
The following thoroughfares shall be added to the
aforementioned contract:
1 ) Neches from the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way
to College;
2) Park from Willow to College;
3 ) Orleans from Broadway to College, exclusive of the
area covered under previous contracts;
4 ) Pearl from Broadway to KCS Railroad right-of-way,
exclusive of area covered under previous contracts;
5 ) Main from Calder to KCS Railroad right-of-way,
exclusive of area covered under previous contracts;
