BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a 40-foot wide easement out of Lot 1 , Block E of the T . H. Langham
Estate Subdivision, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to
Drainage District No. 6 .
