WHEREAS, the city desires to participate with Drainage
District 6 in a master drainage plan to include flood control
strategies within the City of Beaumont; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
an agreement with Drainage District 6 whereby the city will
participate with Drainage District 6 in their master drainage plan
in the maximum amount of Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars
( 70,900) .
