R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, City Council awarded a contract to Saucier & Sons
Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $197 ,273 for the Sanitary Sewer
Improvements/Contract 7 - EPA Grant #C-481254-04 Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Sanitary Sewer Improvements/Contract 7 -EPA Grant
#C-481254-04 Project is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and
that the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final
payment to Saucier & Sons Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of
$ 9,863. 65.
