WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of three ( 3 )
flatbed 3/4 ton trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $26 ,303.82; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of
$26,303.82 for the purchase of three ( 3 ) flatbed 3/4 ton trucks is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1984.
