R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of eight ( 8 )
live oak trees; and,
WHEREAS, Holloway Landscaping, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $3 ,080 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Holloway Landscaping, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Holloway Landscaping, Inc. in the amount
of $3 ,080 for the purchase of eight ( 8 ) live oak trees is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
