R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
160 C FM air compressor mounted on rubber tired trailer; and,
WHEREAS, Heatley Equipment Co. of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $8,547 ; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Heatly Equipment Co. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Heatley Equipment Co. in the amount of
$8,547 for the purchase of one ( 1 ) 160 CFM air compressor mounted on
rubber tired trailer is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
