R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received to furnish and install mini
blinds at Alice Keith Community Center, J. P. Richardson Community
Center, Parks & Recreation Office and Best Year' s Center; and,
WHEREAS, The Drapery Shop of Vidor, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $1 ,925.40 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by The Drapery Shop is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by the Drapery Shop in the amount of $1 ,925.40
to furnish and install mini blinds at the parks and recreation
centers listed above is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
