BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
an agreement with Neches Title Company for title opinions and title
policies related to the Highland Avenue T . I.P. Project in an amount
not to exceed $ 2,500.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
