WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a
Projection TV - 72" screen; and,
WHEREAS, Suburban TV of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,950; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Suburban TV is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Suburban TV in the amount of $1 ,950 for the
purchase of a Projection TV - 72" screen is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
