R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of rescue
tools; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Fire Fighters of New Braunfels , Texas
submitted the following bids:
One ( 1 ) Model 30 Hydraulic Rescue Ram - $1 ,146 .07
One ( 1 ) Model 60 Hydraulic Rescue Ram - 1 ,259.16
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Texas Fire Fighters is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas Fire Fighters in the amounts listed
above for the purchase of rescue tools are hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
