R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the repair of twelve ( 12)
volumes of birth records; and,
WHEREAS, R. D. Peeler & Sons of Bonham, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $2 ,100 ; and,
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by R. D. Peeler & Sons was the
only bid received and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by R. D. Peeler & Sons in the amount of $2 ,100
for the repair of twelve ( 12) volumes of birth records is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
