WHEREAS, bids were received for the annual renewal of
Standard & Poor' s Reference Library; and,
WHEREAS, Standard & Poor' s of Dallas, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $2 ,128 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Standard & Poor' s is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Standard & Poor' s in the amount of $2 ,128
for the annual renewal of Standard & Poor' s Reference Library is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1984.
