BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City hereby grants Gulf States Utilities Company a permanent
utility easement to serve the new Beaumont Landfill site at the
location shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute such easement.
