BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to purchase interest coupons from treasury bonds to be
used in the city sinking fund for debt service.
