WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an annual
supply of computer stock paper; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Business Forms submitted a bid in the amount
of $16 ,105. 27; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Moore Business Forms is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Business Forms in the amount of
$16 ,105. 27 for the purchase of an annual supply of computer stock
paper is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
