R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 9 , 1983, City Council awarded a contract
to Trotti & Thomson in the amount of $259,891 for the Lafin Road
Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications at a cost of $261,501 .75 due to
variations in actual quantities used;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMO NT :
THAT the Lafin Road Project is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to make final payment to Trotti & Thomson in the amount of
$13,075. 09.
