WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two ( 2) ice
machines and one ( 1 ) bin; and,
WHEREAS, C & L Ice Company of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $6,540 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by C & L Ice Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by C & L Ice Company in the amount of $6,540
for the purchase of two ( 2) ice machines and one ( 1 ) bin is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
