BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay Loden
Machine Shop $4 ,075 for repairs to a pump at the Eleventh Street
Underpass. These repairs were an emergency of the city because the
pump is necessary for proper drainage of the Eleventh Street
Underpass.
