WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for
traffic signal cable; and,
WHEREAS, Traffic Signals , Inc. of Oklahoma and Consolidated
Electrical Distributors of Beaumont, Texas submitted the following
bids:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted are the lowest and best bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the bids submitted by Traffic Signals, Inc. and Consolidated
Electrical Distributors in the amounts listed above be accepted by
the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to enter into annual contracts with Traffic Signals , Inc.
and Consolidated Electrical Distributors for traffic signal cable.
