WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a one-ton
truck and a power crane; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $23,617 .04 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of
$ 23 ,617.04 for the purchase of a one-ton truck and a power crane is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
