R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Calder Highland 48 and 49
Subdivision have completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer,
and street improvements as follows:
Street Improvements:
Ridgeland Avenue from existing pavement south 515
feet to Reagan Street
Ford Street from Ridgeland Avenue east 383 feet
to and including the cul-de-sac and from Ridgeland
Avenue west 512 feet to and including the cul-de-sac
Reagan Street from Ridgeland Avenue east 568 feet
to the end of the temporary cul-de-sac and from
Ridgeland Avenue west 464 feet to and including
the cul-de-sac
Water and Sewer Improvements:
Lots 1-48, Block 48
Lots 7-21, Block 49
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said subdivision desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
in Calder-Highland 48 and 49 Subdivision, as above described, be, and

the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
