WHEREAS, the developers of Eighty-Eight Place have completed
water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements as
follows:
Street Improvements:
Eighty-Eight Circle from Washington Blvd.
360 feet south to and including the cul-de-sac
Water & Sewer Improvements:
Lots 1-10, Block 1
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
in Eighty-Eight Place, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
