R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, informal bids were taken for twenty-four (24)
cubic yards of sand cement 2 SX Material needed for emergency repairs
to a street; and,
WHEREAS, Transit Mix bid $1 ,075. 20 for such material;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay Transit
Mix Concrete and Foundation of Beaumont, Texas $1 ,075. 20 for 24 cubic
yards of sand cement 2 SX material needed for emergency repairs to a
section of street.
