BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
an agreement with the White Budd Van Ness firm for architectural
services in connection with the expansion of the Municipal Court and
Police Building in an amount not to exceed $11,400.
