WHEREAS , bids were received for the purchase of four
(4) bobtail trash trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Tidelands International of Beaumont, Texas
submitted the following bid:
4 trash trucks with $264, 800
boom loaders
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Tidelands International is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Tidelands International in the amount
of $264, 800 for the purchase of four (4) bobtail trash trucks is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 104f day of d�n_rc_.c.4.-� 1984.
