WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
computer; and,
WHEREAS, IBM of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $3 ,783 ; and;
WHEREAS, the Cit�i Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by IBM is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by IBM in the amount of $3 ,783for the purchase
of a computer is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
