R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one rescue
tool; and,
WHEREAS, Claude Wright and Associates of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,165 ; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Claude Wright and Associates is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Claude Wright and Associates in the amount
of $1 ,165 for the purchase of a rescue tool is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
