WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 1 ,000 feet
of 15" sewer pipe; and,
WHEREAS, Big State Utility Supply of Lufkin, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $5,948.60; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Big State Utility Supply is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Big State Utility Supply in the amount of
$5,948.60 for the purchase of 1 ,000 feet of 15" sewer pipe is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
