WHEREAS, Jack Crabtree has requested water and sewer
service to his property located approximately thirteen hundred
sixty five ( 1 ,365' ) east of Fannett Road on the south side of
Fr int Road; and,
WHEREAS, the city desires to extend water and sewer
services to such property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to extend
water and sewer services to property located approximately 1 ,365'
east of Fannett Road on the south side of Frint Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
