R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Neighborhood Housing Services neighborhood boundaries are
hereby expanded to include an area bounded by Washington Boulevard on
the north, Florida Avenue on the south, the Southern Pacific Railroad
right-of-way on the west and Highland Avenue on the east, to allow
for the use of Community Development Block Grant funds to be used for
rehabilitation loans for low and moderate income persons.
