WHEREAS, on November 22, 1983, City Council awarded a
contract to A. C . Clark in the amount of $1 ,000 for demolition of a
structure at 1450 Burt; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT demolition of the structure at 1450 Burt is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to make final payment to A. C . Clark in the amount of
$1 ,000.
