BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay the
amount of $1 ,035. 72 to Troy Dodson Construction Co. , Inc. of
Beaumont, Texas as an emergency matter for damages to a rented
bull dozer.
