BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to file an
application for a transit operating assistance grant in the amount
of $504, 226 with the Urban Mass Transportation Administration
under Section 5 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as
amended.
BE IT FURTHER resolved that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute and submit all of the necessary
grant contract agreements in connection with the above-stated
operating assistance grant.
