R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 21, 1983 the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to J. R. Plake, Inc. in the amount of $51,288 for
construction of a playground and park equipment in Klein Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of a playground and park equipment in Klein
Park is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and that the City
Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to J.
R. Plake, Inc. in the amount of $7,428.06.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
